We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Enterprises. We operate a busy Restaurant at 18 Ash Street, where we deliver exemplary food and service to our customers.

About the Job,

You will be an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focussed individual. Reporting to the General Manager you will be required to support the team within 18 Ash Street.

You must possess strong customer service, communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues quickly and effectively. The Restaurant Manager will be excited about guiding, training and supporting their team members and is highly motivated to help our company fulfil its larger vision.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be driven by exceeding customer expectation and the love of good food, served well!

Effective training of and communication with your team, and building relationships with the kitchen brigade will be essential to ensure a high level of hospitality is maintained consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth day to day running of Restaurant
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times
• Involvement in Management meetings
• Respond to customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage stock usage and wastage
• Train junior members of the Restaurant team
